We, The Travel Planners, have developed a tour package of 12 days which combines the practices of yoga and ayurveda, along with jungle walks, naturopathy etc while travelling through the picturesque locales of Kerala.

The mountains, hills, and forests of Kerala has many rare species of medicinal plants and other herbs and a walking tour through the jungles of the state will refresh you with the abundance of pure oxygen in the air you breath. Day 01 - Cochin
You are greeted on arrival at Kochi International Airport/Railway station by The Travel Planners representative and thereafter drive to hotel. In the afternoon you can go for sightseeing at Cochin. Here you can see the St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, 500 year old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jewish Town and Mattancherry Palace built by Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals.(The palaces & synagogue will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays) Evening go for Kathakali dance Performance, back to hotel & stay overnight at Casino Cochin - Standard Room
Day 02 - Thattekad (1.5hrs drive)
Early morning proceed to Greenix village, for Yoga. Back to hotel, after breakfast proceed to Thattekad bird sanctuary. Overnight at Soma Birds lagoon Aurveda Resort – Travancore Room Non A/c
Day 03 - Munnar (5hrs drive)
Morning after breakfast drive to Munnar , on way visit Kodanad Elephant camp where bathing and feeding of Elephants can be seen. Later proceed to Munnar Enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the area covered by Tata tea. Day 04 - Munnar
Morning sightseeing in Munnar which includes Mattupetty, Eco-Point, Tea Museum, Pothamedu etc. Overnight at The Spice Tree Munnar – Classic Room With Jacuzzi
Day 05 - Thekkady (3.5hrs drive)
Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 3.5 hrs through cardamom hills. Check into the Resort. After lunch visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate etc… On way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight at Green Forest – Jungle Lodge Room
Day 06 - Houseboat – Kumarakom (3.5hrs drive)
Today morning after breakfast, drive to Kumarakom, water locked place is endowed with immense natural beauty and array of rivers, canals and lakes ideal for boat cruise. On arrival check in to a traditional Kerala Style Houseboat and cruise through the backwaters. It is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Stay overnight in the a/c Deluxe Houseboat (A/c will be operational from 09:00 PM- 06:00 AM)
Day 07 - Kollam (2.5hrs drive)
Morning after breakfast disembark houseboat and proceed for Village visit & local family lunch at Muhamma. After lunch proceed to Kollam, overnight stay at The Raviz Kollam – Standard Room
Day 08 - Poovar – Trivandrum (3hrs drive)
Morning after breakfast transfer to Poovar. On arrival check into a beautiful backwater Resort. Evening free to relax at the resort. Overnight stay at the Poovar Island Resort – Land Cottage.
Day 09 - Poovar
Today morning you can go for the Yoga & Ayurveda session. Overnight at the Poovar Island Resort – Land Cottage. (No Vehicle service)
Day 10 - Poovar
Today morning after breakfast you can go for the Yoga & Ayurveda session. Evening relax at poovar beach and overnight at the Poovar Island Resort – Land Cottage. (No Vehicle Service)

Day 12 - Departure – Trivandrum (01 hr drive)
Morning after breakfast proceed to Trivandrum for departure. On way you can go to the famous Kovalam Beach & sightseeing of Trivandrum [The Capital of Kerala]. Here you can see the 260 year old Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, covers an area of 2400 sq Km, Puthan Maliga Palace Museum [200 year old Palace of the Travancore Maharaja’s], Napier Museum [Which has an electric display of bronzes, temple carts, Ivory carvings etc..], Sri Chitra Art Gallery
